HOMEOWNER’S FEES
Residents are billed $450 twice a year [January 1 and June 1] to maintain our common areas and amenities. Included in the fee is the additional $200 for the Roads fund. This committee monitors our roads and our designated funds for roads management.

Renovations and additions must pass the Architectural Review and Property Management.

Sub-Drainage District #3

This sub-drainage district serves Northpark Subdivision and Business Park and is an official part of St. Tammany Parish Gravity District #5. All drainage issues should be directed to our subdivision drainage committee for review. The committee is an official sub-drainage of the Parish Government.
