Welcome to the Estates of Northpark pool and cabana. The following rules apply to all homeowners to insure a SAFE AND ENJOYABLE facility. Please take a few minutes to examine these rules carefully. The rules are also posted within the pool area.

Please be aware that we have a “swim at your own risk” policy - there is no lifeguard at the pool.

Before entering the pool, please use the shower located on the side of the cabana (next to the ladies room). This minimizes the residue from oils and lotions that clog the filters.

Raucous behavior is prohibited. Vulgar language will not be tolerated. Loud radios are not permitted. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Diving is not permitted. Somersaults or flips are prohibited. Running, bicycles, scooters are prohibited from the pool area.

Please refrain from letting your children use squirt guns, hard balls (i.e., baseballs and tennis balls) and any toys that could cause harm to younger children. Flotation devices will be limited to small floats and rafts. Large flotation devices are sometimes not stable and cause children to possibly roll off and hit their heads on the pool side.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a homeowner/parent.

Babies must wear swim diapers.

Our first aid kit and a lost and found are located in the cabana. Please do not allow your young children to sift through the first aid kit. Young children tend to leave the kit open and first aid supplies are often ruined.

Since we do not have concessions we do allow small coolers. Please do not bring any glass in pool or picnic areas. Please cover all food and limit them to the gazebo area. Food will not be permitted in the pool. Please remember to put all your trash in our trash receptacles and secure the top of the receptacle after use.

2008 Summer Season Pool Schedule
May – Weekends Only (Beginning May 24), Memorial Day,
June, July, August, September - Daily through September 30.

Members using the pool will SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR CLEANING.

Unauthorized after hours use of the pool area will be reported to the sheriffs department. The sheriff's department has been authorized to issue a summons for trespassing.

During the Summer Season, the facility is equipped with lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and restrooms for your use. A telephone is also available for emergencies. The telephone number is 892-7605.

GUESTS

Homeowners are allowed to have guests. Guests must be accompanied to the pool by the homeowner.

The pool gate must be kept in the locked-closed position at all times. Please remember to close the gate securely as you come and go. Do Not give the code out to your small children, they could one day come -unknowingly unsupervised to the pool area and get hurt. This is for the safety of your children.

POOL PARTIES

Pool Parties are suspended for the 2008 season due to space constraints contributed by heavier pool use.
