Dues Payment Policy:
As the community continues to grow, I find it necessary to inform everyone of their obligation in making timely dues payments to the Association. Effective April 1, 1999, we began charging a late fee and interest to all delinquent accounts as allowed under the Restrictive Covenants. Please familiarize yourself with the policy and be mindful of the importance of timely dues payments.
Dues are billed semi-annually (December 1 and June 1) and are due 30 Days of Invoice Date.

 Delinquent Accounts:
 Accounts 30 Days Delinquent:
A past due notice will be mailed to the owner only once, and interest at a rate of 12% per annum plus $25 per month late fee will apply to the outstanding balance.

 Accounts 7 Months Delinquent:
A certified letter will be mailed informing the owner that their account will be turned over to an attorney and a lien will be filed against the property. In addition to interest and late fees, attorney fees will apply to the outstanding balance.

 Accounts 13 Months Delinquent:
A certified letter will be mailed informing the owner that the Association will file a Judgment in St. Tammany Parish to collect the amount due in addition to all court fees associated with filing a Judgment.

 Partial payments are unacceptable.
You must pay the total amount billed even if you have a grievance. Please convey your concerns to the appropriate Association committee member(s), and we will address the issue in a timely fashion.
